I had to pay for his Attorney after he was arrested on criminal charges.

He is my son and I am the only one who understands that he makes mistakes. So after he was arrested on the criminal charges I agreed to pay for an Attorney. There was a catch to me offering to pay for his Attorney after he was arrested though. If the Attorney was able to keep him out of jail due to the criminal charges he was arrested for he would need to go directly into a rehab center. I would also pay for the rehab center if he agreed. I am hoping that if he agrees to this that he will never need to worry about being arrested for criminal or any other charges in the future.
