There was no way I could go into court with these criminal charges without an Attorney . After I was arrested with the criminal charges the officers let me know how much time I could be facing. As much as I could not afford an attorney I had no choice. I was not even aware this crime was going to happen I just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I have never been arrested before on criminal charges and hopefully my Attorney will be able to use that in this case. Since I had never been arrested before I had no idea who to use for my Attorney so I asked others in the cell with me. They were pretty helpful and it seemed a lot of them had used this one Attorney in the past when they were arrested so I will start with him.
